Here was the sharp Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 of Bok Seng from Singapore (SG) used for the lifting of generators for a data centre. The crane was partially set-up on the public road.
The X-shaped outrigger base measures 12 x 12 meters, or half 10 x 9.9 meters.
Here was the crane fitted with 144 tonnes of coutnerweight. The counterweight exists out of an 11-tonne base plate, in total 110 tonnes in 5 and 10-tonne blocks and a coupling frame of 23 tonnes.
The crane was fitted in TYVENZF-configuration, the adaptor is 7.7 meters long and the hydraulic jib is 6 meters long.
Here is the generator with a mass of approx. 35 tonnes loaded on the lifting frame.
The main boom is here extended to a length of 49.1 meters, the total boom length is here 62.8 meters. The YSL-guying is unfolded 35 degrees here.
The generator with lifting frame and rigging has a total mass of approx. 58 tonnes, the crane is lifting that during this job at maximum 22.5 meter radius.
The lifting frame with generator are positioned in line with the support construction in the building and temporary fixed, the generator is then horizontally skidded into the building.
The counterweight is here positioned at the small tailswing of 7.56 meters.
A very impressive job done by this beautiful crane!
