The impressive Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 of Moh Seng from Singapore (SG) is shown here ready to lift a yacht out of the water.

It is a 750-tonne mobile crane mounted on a 9-axle carrier, built in 2014. The crane is no longer active with Moh Seng and currently operates in Turkiye. Moh Seng has now put a 900-tonne XCMG XCA900L8 into service as the largest crane in their fleet.

The outrigger base of the crane measures 12 x 12 metres.

Here, the crane was assembled with 144 tonnes of counterweight, giving a slewing radius of 8.33 metres in this configuration. The full counterweight of this crane is 204 tonnes.

The rigging is prepared and in the background the yacht is arriving. It is a Horizon E73 with a length of 73 ft (22.25 metres).

The four-section main boom is extended here to a length of 43.7 metres. The maximum boom length is 52 metres.

The yacht, weighing approximately 55 tonnes, is hanging in the crane here. The rigging weighs around 5 tonnes.

At a radius of approximately 18 metres, the yacht is placed onto the yard. Over the coming weeks the yacht will undergo full maintenance at this facility.

A very impressive crane by Moh Seng!
