This beautiful Manitowoc 11000-1 from Huationg (Asia) - now Denzai - was used on a small construction site in the center of Singapore (SG). It is a 100-ton crawler crane.
The crane is powered by a Hino J08E-UV, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power output of 213 kW (285 hp). The diesel engine drives three hydraulic pumps. The crane is equipped with a 400-liter diesel tank.
The undercarriage is 6.28 meters long and 5.244 meters wide. For road transport, the width of the undercarriage can be hydraulically reduced to 3.614 meters. A total of 14.4 tons of central ballast is mounted on the undercarriage, with one block of 7.2 tons on each side.
A total of 31.3 tons of ballast is mounted on the upper carriage. The ballast consists of a base plate of 8.31 tons and four blocks of 5.75 tons each. The ballast has a turning radius of 4.7 meters.
The main boom has a base length of 12.2 meters and can be extended up to a maximum of 61 meters. This crane is built with a 33.5-meter-long main boom.
The crane is equipped with two 11-ton hoisting winches with 26 mm hoist wire. Both hoists were in use here.
In this configuration, the crane can lift a maximum of 45.7 tons at a 6-meter radius or 6.2 tons at a 32-meter radius. A very impressive crane from Huationg (Asia)!
