This impressive Zoomlion ZCC2600 is owned by Antar from Singapore (SG) and was deployed there on a major construction project for the erection of apartment buildings. It is a 260-ton crawler crane built in 2019.

The maximum lifting capacity of 260 tonnes can be lifted at a radius of 5 metres. The crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9-C305, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with an output of 227 kW (305 hp).

The undercarriage is 8.98 metres long and 7.6 metres wide. The crane is equipped with two 10-tonne winches.

A total of 83.7 tonnes of counterweight is mounted on the superstructure. The ballast consists of a wide base plate of 12.7 tonnes and a total of ten counterweight blocks of 7.1 tonnes each.

Here the crane was configured in SW configuration, therefore with a luffing jib. The luffing jib has a base length of 27 metres and can be extended to a maximum length of 60 metres.

This crane was erected with a 33-metre-long luffing jib.

A total of 32 tonnes of central counterweight is mounted on the undercarriage, with one block of 16 tonnes per side.

For transport on public roads, the crawler tracks must be separated from the body. A single crawler track is 8.98 metres long, 1.2 metres wide and 1.4 metres high. The weight per unit is 24.5 tonnes.

During road transport, the cab is slewed in front of the superstructure.

This crane is erected with a 44-metre-long main boom and a 33-metre-long luffing jib. An impressive crane by Antar!
