RTG RG 21 T - Trans-Euro
This sharp and interesting RTG RG 21 T belongs to Trans-Euro from Singapore (SG) and stood parked on their yard. It is a foundation rig with an extendable leader. The rig has an operational mass of approx. 71 tonnes.
The undercarriage is 5.35 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. For the transport over the road is it possible to reduce the width to 3 meters.
Standard is this machine powered by a Caterpillar C18 diesel engine with a power of 470 kW (630 hp), optionally this engine could be tuned to 570 kW (764 hp). The diesel engine powers in total four hydraulic pumps and two hydraulic oil coolers.
Attached to the superstructure is a three-part counterweight with a total mass of 12.2 tonnes mounted. The counterweight has a 3.71 meter tailswing. This machine is fitted with a device to install or dismantle the counterweight without assist crane.
The leader has a 14 meter base length and extends to a maximum length of 23.3 meters. The leader can be swinged 90 degreed to the left and right side against the base machine. In the leader a tool with a maximum torque of 150 kNm can be used.
