Sany SR315RC10 - TPW Engineering

Two of these impressive Sany SR315RC10 drilling rigs of TPW Engineering from Singapore (SG) stood during a weekend next to each other on a large construction site. The year of manufacture of both rigs is 2018.

The undercarriage is 7.75 meters long and 4.84 meters wide. For the transport over the road is it possible to reduce the width to 3.5 meters. The rigs are powered by an Isuzu BB-6WG1XQA-03, a 15.7-litre 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 310 kW (422 hp).

In the leader is hanging a rotary drive with a torque of maximum 315 kNm. Depening on the chosen equipment is it possible to make bore piles with a maximum diameter of 2.5 meters and a depth of 100 meters.

The total height is 26.4 meters. For the transport over the road is it possible to fold the leader over the base machine. It is possible to tilt the leader 4 degrees backwards of 4 degrees sideways. The main winch has a 35 tonne line pull.

The operational weight of the Sany SR315RC10 is, depending on the used boring equipment, about 110 tonnes. Sharp rigs of TPW Engineering!
