Scania 144 L 530 - Vögel Transporte
This sharp Scania 144 L 530 of Vögel Transporte from Bludesch-Gais (AT) was delivering the body of a new Liebherr LR 1300 crawler crane for VEMA Crane from Breda (NL). The combination exists out of a 3-axle truck with a 4-axle trailer.
The truck is powered by a Scania DSC14, a 14-litre 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 395 kW (530 hp). This truck has a 6x2-drive line, where only the last axle is driven.

The body of a Liebherr LR 1300 is 12.2 meters long, 3 meters wide and 3.3 meters tall. The transport mass is approx. 41.8 tonnes.
On this side is the diesel tank mounted behind the front axle. On the other side is a smaller diesel tank and the battery mounted behind the front axle.
Here was the combination driven onto the construction site to unload the body, after that could the driver start his long journey home again.
