Volvo FH 480 - Yinson
This sharp Volvo FH 480 with 7-axle trailer of Yinson from Johor Bahru (MY) came to Singapore (SG) to deliver some heavy cargo. Early in the morning stood the combination parked along the road.
The truck is powered by a Volvo D13D, a 12.8-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 358 kW (480 hp). This truck has a 6x4-drive line, where both rear axles are powered.
Behind the front axle are on this side only the battery and some compressed-air tanks mounted.
On the other side is the dieseltank mounted behind the front axle.
Attached is here a 7-axle MPSI trailer with rigid axles. The first and last two axles are here pulled up. This combination can transport in Malaysia maximum 72 tonnes of cargo.
The cargo exists out of two cable reels with steel wire rope. The large reel weights 42.9 tonnes and the small reel weights 21.4 tonnes.
